Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
California Residents: Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping within California.

3. Return and Refund Policy
At Lecriart Kraft, your satisfaction is our priority. Please note:

Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom 3D-printed and laser-engraved products, all custom orders are final and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Custom Items: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, production may begin, especially for custom items, and cancellations may not be possible.
